One of the most effective things a young athlete can do to improve their performance is YOGA and stretching!

Reduce stiffness and relieves soreness
With deep stretching and yoga comes an opportunity to practice breath-work and mindfulness. Whether you’re calming yourself before a game, or searching for the strength to finish a long run, breath is an athletes most important too!

Single Personalized Session [$65]:
30-minute guided yoga session at your teams’ practice site.
Handouts with pictures and stretch description tailored to your sport and your teams’ individualized needs.
Up to 20 team members.
Team Building Studio Session [$100]
60 minute studio class at Shine On Yoga in the Morrow Arts Center.
Team building yoga and partner poses/stretches.
Breathing exercises and introduction to meditation.
Up to 20 team members.
Elite Team Package [$325]
Four 30-minute guided yoga sessions at your teams’ practice site
Handouts with pictures and stretch description tailored to your sport and teams’ individualized needs.
60 minute studio class at Shine On Yoga in the Morrow Arts Center for team building, partner poses, and breathing exercises.
