SHINE ON YOGA

Shine On Yoga offers dynamic and imaginative yoga classes in our vibrant 1000 sq. ft. studio for children ages 18 months - 12 years old.

Each class is specially designed to be age appropriate, and includes breathing exercises, balance practice, movement with music, strengthening yoga poses, and relaxation. Join us for mindful movement to improve focus, build confidence, increase self-awareness, and FUN!

Meet the teacher.

Hello! I’m Allison Wolfe. I am a 200RYT Yoga teacher. I am also a mom, a wife, and a special education teacher. Though I no longer teach in the public school setting, I use my experiences from the classroom every day during yoga instruction!

Years ago, I started using yoga with my students to help them cope with stress, calm their bodies, and focus their minds for learning. My students (and their parents) loved learning these strategies to help them be successful in the classroom and at home.

In August 2018, I completed my year-long yoga teacher training course. Sharing the magic of yoga is my greatest passion!

I love watching your little yogis move, think, use their imaginations, laugh and grow in new ways!
